Eli Adamson The range of this album is nothing short of remarkable. Every track seems to embody a different style within this genre, and every one of them feels deliberate and masterfully executed. This is a culmination of over 30 years of experience and experimentation within this sphere of music, and it shows. All in all, the best album to date in my opinion, something I am very excited to say after over two decades following Bryan Erickson's work. Favorite track: Conviction.

Colin Patrick Barth Already prepared to nominate this the strongest new VAC album released in the past decade. VAC has long excelled at involving genre influences in electro-industrial music, such as trance—sometimes executed without equal, as in the case of the hard-goth tracks in The Art of Breaking Apart. Ora Oblivionis is a diverse album, a synthesis that comes together to feel quite "industrial" and unified as an album. Just slip on headphones and escape the mundane in this dark, harsh, beautiful world. Favorite track: The Colors of My Sadness.

eric hanes VAC has always been one to do their own thing, and once again they do just that by delivering several styles of Industrial and Darkwave on a single album. Another fine piece of production. Favorite track: Twist The Knife.

savnet sinn This album brings me back to the record that cemented my love for VAC in the first place: Fun With Knives. While I've enjoyed what Bryan's done since then, nothing ever quite achieved the same heights for me until now. Favorite track: Adventures In Babysitting The Antichrist.

Frank Charman Good mix of new tracks with old favourites in the Deluxe version. Easily something I can put on and power through my work, it lends itself to creativity and the dark recesses of the mind. Favorite track: The Bullet Wins.

I was pleasantly-surprised by this album. I was expecting something colder, slower, and ambient from what little I first heard before I bought it. Instead, it's not too unlike the later Mechanical Soul. There's elements of old and new FLA here, and there's parts of this that I rather like. I wouldn't mind more collab songs, for one, or for more flirting with other genres. Give me both vaporwave-y songs AND hardcore industrial dance. Rocket Verliden
